A tower that underperforms is costing you money every hour it runs
Cooling tower performance degrades quietly. Fill fouls, nozzles block, drift eliminators sag, structure decays. Nothing fails outright; the tower simply returns warmer water than it should.
Warmer water means the process runs hotter, condensers work harder, efficiency drops and capacity is capped on exactly the hot days when you need it most. It rarely shows up as a breakdown. It shows up on the energy bill and in lost throughput.
That is what a thermal evaluation is for: measure what the tower actually delivers, compare it against what it was designed to deliver, and put a number on the gap. Then the decision to repair, upgrade or replace becomes an economic one rather than a guess.

A single blocked nozzle is invisible from the ground. A basin full of them is a measurable thermal loss.
We can rebuild your tower without shutting the plant down
On-line replacement: we dismantle and rebuild one cell at a time while the remaining cells stay in service. You lose a fraction of capacity for a period instead of losing the whole tower, and you avoid scheduling the work around a full outage.
